Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
The FSA allows employees to set aside a portion of his or her earnings to pay for qualified expenses pre-tax. The amount that the employee elects to contribute for the plan year will be available immediately in their account. As the employee incurs expenses, they can submit a claim to our MemberCare Department or simply use the FREE debit card that each participant receives automatically upon enrollment. Dependent Care FSA (DCAP)
DCAP allows employees to set aside a portion of his/her earnings to pay for dependent care expenses. Employees are only able to access the amount they have had deducted from their paycheck. As the employee incurs expenses, they can submit a claim to our MemberCare Department. Any unused balance will be forfeited to the employer. • More Information

Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
An HRA is simply money set aside for employees, by the employer, to offset the cost of medical, dental, wellness and/or vision expenses. The amount available to the employees is determined by the employer. The money in a HRA is not considered taxable income on a W2 and is not funded by the employee in any way. These plans, when paired with a higher deductible health plan, can reduce the overall cost of benefits to the employer. • More Information

Transportation Plans
There are two types of transportation accounts: Parking and Mass Transit. The Parking and Mass Transit Plans allow employees to set aside a portion of his or her earnings to pay for qualified parking expenses pre-tax. The amount that the employee elects to contribute for the plan year will be available as the employee contributes to the plan. As the employee incurs expenses, they can submit a claim to our MemberCare Department or simply use their FREE debit card. Health Savings Account (HSA)
The HSA allows employees to set aside a portion of his or her earnings to pay for qualified expenses pre-tax. Employees must be enrolled in a qualified High Deductible Health Plan to open a HSA. As the employee incurs expenses, they can submit a claim to our MemberCare Department, submit requests online or simply use the FREE debit card that each participant receives automatically upon enrollment.

COBRA
COBRA allows former employees, retirees, spouses, former spouses, and dependent children the right to a temporary continuation of their health coverage at group rates. COBRA coverage is only available when coverage is lost due to a qualifying event.
