Advanced Benefits Management was founded in 1993 as an independent Employee Benefits Agency serving the needs of employer groups of all sizes throughout the Northwest. We are headquartered in Idaho’s flourishing City by the Lake - Coeur d’Alene. Our influences stretch throughout the Northwest providing a vast number of innovative solutions to public and private employer groups.

In 2002, Advanced Benefits Management’s Administrative Services Division was launched to assist employers in the emerging arena of Consumer-Driven Health Care. These new designs required a new level of employee education that typical benefit brokers could not adequately support. With many employers hungry for these cost-cutting, employee-empowering Consumer-Driven Health Care Plans, it was apparent that they needed the help of a specialty firm like ours. Since that time, we have continued to be a leader in demonstrating to employers and employees the value of Consumer-Driven Health Care.

Advanced Benefits Management is a strong supporter of our community. The Ray and Joan Kroc Community Center, Boy’s and Girl’s Club, United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and area youth sports programs are among the many charitable organizations we are proud to have contributed to.
